Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle.
Absolutely! You can switch between the 1-ball (The Striker) and 2-ball (The Strikers Duo) subscriptions before your next billing cycle. Simply log in to your account and update your plan in your subscription settings.
You can manage your subscription directly through your account dashboard. Log in to pause, cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription at any time. We’ve made it simple for you to adjust your plan based on your needs. If you encounter any issues, fill out the support form on our Support page, and our team will assist you promptly.
Yes, you can skip a month by pausing your subscription through your account dashboard. You won’t be charged for the skipped month, and deliveries will resume the following cycle.
Currently, designs are rotated monthly, and customers cannot select specific designs. With the 2-ball subscription, both balls must be the same size (either Size 4 or Size 5). If you’d like one of each size, you’ll need to create two separate 1-ball subscriptions.
Once you’ve received all three designs—The Ambassador (Blue), The Admiral (Green), and The Gladiator (Silver/Gold)—the rotation restarts. We’re also working on new designs, and you’ll be notified when fresh releases become available.
We’ll replace any ball with a clear manufacturing defect at no additional cost. However, all balls go through a rigorous quality control process to ensure they are retail-ready before leaving our manufacturing plant. If you believe your ball is defective, contact us with proof, and we’ll assist you.
Since our subscription is based on delivering new, high-quality soccer balls every month, we do not accept returns. However, if your ball arrives defective or damaged, please reach out to us, and we’ll send a replacement after validating the issue.
If your ball is delivered damaged, we’ve got you covered. All shipments are insured through UPS, and we’ll ship a replacement ball at no additional cost. However, this is contingent on you providing images of the damage and proof that the issue occurred during shipping. Once validated, we’ll process your replacement promptly.
Your ball is shipped slightly deflated to maintain its integrity. Inflate it to 9-11 PSI using a standard ball pump before use. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures and rough surfaces to maximize durability.
If your ball is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us with proof from the carrier and visual evidence of the damage. Once validated, we’ll replace the ball at no additional cost.
Orders are fulfilled within 48 hours (Monday through Friday) and shipped via UPS Ground (1–5 business days) or UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days). Delivery times are subject to carrier schedules.
